From our base in St Austell A J Communications installs and maintains both Analogue & Digital Panasonic telephone systems throught Cornwall and Plymouth areas we offer a variety of services tailored for the business telephone system customer.

Our Business telecomm services include:-

• Additional telephone sockets off standard single lines:- many businesses only have BT lines, and do not require a phone systems, we can add extensions for broadband/ADSL points, fax machines or even alarm panels
• Additional telephone sockets off customer's phone systems:- providing there is spare capacity on the phone systems additional extensions can be cabled for new personnel or equipment
• Re-wiring:- includes relocation of existing sockets, tidying old cabling and the removal of redundant cables
• Installing Multicore cabling:- new internal & external grade cabling from a 6 pr up to 200 prs can be installed, to feed out-buildings
• Broadband faults:- if you're experiencing problems with your broadband dropping out or a slow connection, then you internal wiring may be at fault...see broadband service for further information
• Fault finding & repair:- your service provider, will only maintain the telephone wiring up to your master socket, after this point it becomes your responsibility to maintain. We can diagnose any faults and if it proves to be your wiring we can repair it. If it's proven that the fault is with your supplier we can speak to them on your behalf.
• Office networking:- with the expansion of Broadband into business premises and home offices, you may wish to share your broadband access with different computers, we can install small networks that will link your computers through Cat-5e cabling to the main router, allowing simultaneous use of the broadband connection...see data cabling & home networking for further information
