With the expansion of faster Broadband circuits available, we can install networks that will link your office computers and equipment via Cat 5e or Cat 6 Ethernet cabling back to a comms cabinet, suitable for both the Hosted Phones and Hosted Access Points. You can have a managed service where the Router and or network switch can be monitored for unusual activity.
We can supply “Hosted Access Points “around your premises, each unit cabled back to a router, these Access points are programmed and work via a controller on a cloud portal, each unit has the same passwords and as a user moves from one Access Point to another the Wi-Fi signal just” hands over” to the next unit, seamlessly. This set up is suitable for any visitor attractions, or holiday let, camp sites, where owners who wish to give their visitors free internet and allow them to move around whilst roaming between the various installed Wi-Fi units while they are on site. The units can be set up to give different passwords for staff, visitors and guest, Wi-Fi usage time limits can be imposed if required, to enable the Wi-Fi to be shared to all users.
Hosted telephony is a licence-based telephone system that resides in the cloud instead of being physically located in your office. Users can access the system through a standard IP handset or a softphone, which is a screen-based virtual phone with a headset. Calls are made and received over a broadband connection and are then routed to PSTN fixed and mobile devices. We use the Yealink handsets with very competitive call bundles available with many useful features, certain models have Gigabit Dual Ports, suitable for headsets both cabled type and blue tooth via a usb dongle.
Softphone options are available, as well as an app that pairs with your office extension, therefore calls can be taken and made on the mobile app when away from the office.
Our Hosted platform is geo located within a UK data centre with full replication and failover capability in the Netherlands.
